This week on the Millionaire Car Salesman Podcast, Sean V. Bradley, CSP interviews Brandon Sloan, the GM at Auto Direct in Zebulon, NC. As an independent, Brandon is sick and tired of vendors neglecting his business and not giving him the sources they promise. Every dealership (independent or franchise) deserves the right performance and proper ROI from their vendors. Brandon breaks down what GMs actually need! GMs need the leads, not the VDPs or SRPs!

Vendors also harp on photos of cars and competitive pricing, but GMs like Brandon are already proactively generating these photos and keeping prices competitive! Vendors and dealerships are partners and vendors should be striving to do better! So what does a good vendor representative look like? Are they breaking down the most requested vehicle or the vehicles that are being bought the most in your area? If your rep isn’t giving you these reports, it may be valuable for you to request it.

He quickly grew the business until he had multiple rooftops, which he consolidated five years ago, for the full-service location in Zebulon, North Carolina. Brandon Sloan has been with his wife for the past 21 years and married for 10; together, they have two beautiful daughters who are all super active in the local community.
