Whereas maximization means: to increase to the greatest possible amount or degree for the best outcome. 

The first step in Time Maximization is to understand your mission. If the mission is unclear, then the goals are unclear, and ultimately will be unmet. By defining and outlining your and/or the dealership’s mission, you’ll be able to complete your objectives quickly and efficiently. The hardest piece is the discipline to be more effective and achieve the highest priorities. This means focusing on what you NEED to do versus what you WANT to do!
