This week on the Millionaire Car Salesman Podcast, Sean V. Bradley, CSP highlights a dealership thriving despite the current inventory crisis. It is a known fact that new vehicles are hard to come by, however that does NOT mean selling a car is impossible. Sean also discusses challenges with pricing and leasing.
Sean is joined by Crystal DiSanto, the Internet Director at Summit Toyota located in Akron, OH. Despite the lack of inventory, Crystal’s team successfully sold 146 units with little to no new inventory on the lot. Part of their success can be attributed to communication. The team immediately calls, texts and emails leads as they come in to answer questions and get the customer in the door.
Sean and Crystal discuss how Summit Toyota has adapted and offers virtual calls via Zoom, Google Meet and/or FaceTime to show customers available vehicles and their specs. This process allows customers to SEE their sales representative rather than just hear them and be able to go through the whole “Road to the Sale.”
