With the Internet Sales 20 Group 13 being less than 7 days away, LA Williams sits down with Justin Nischan. Justin has a background in criminal justice and worked as a correctional officer before entering the Automotive Industry. Wanting work/life balance Justin left law enforcement and found his way to the showroom floor. He averaged monthly 14-17 cars with his top month being 23 units.

Justin has 7 years in the industry, and worked in multiple departments from the showroom to marketing and now in the Internet department of Allentown Kia in Pennsylvania as the Internet Director. Now Justin is focusing on his team, helping them achieve their goals through training development. 

Justin believes that the goal of a leader is to create other leaders. Also, the key to being a successful manager is to understand your team and learn how to effectively lead and encourage them.
